Our main products are ceramic basin, toilet, and relative sanitary ware products (bathtub, shower base, faucet, and shower, etc.).
Our factory is in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. It’s about 3 hours by high speed train from Guangzhou East or South Station, and 30 minutes by taxi from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.
We also have an office in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It’s about 1 hour by taxi from Guangzhou downtown.
You are always welcome to visit our factory and office. We could come and pick you up from airport or hotel.
Our main markets are North America, Europe, Oceania, etc.. And we have certificates like cUPC for North America, CE for Europe, and Watermark for Australia/New Zealand, etc..
Please just inform us if you are in need of a sample to evaluate the quality. Sample order will be sent to you for confirmation. After that, we will arrange the air express to your specific address.
- For stocked model, MOQ is 20pcs.
- For customized size/design/shape, MOQ is 3,000 – 10,000pcs (depends on the specific product).
Yes, we can make the mold and produce according to your samples and technical drawings.
Yes, OEM and ODM services are available from us. All the items can be customized by your logo, carton and label.
- T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
- L/C at sight.
- Payment less than USD1,000, 100% in advance to save bank charges from both sides.
Generally it’s 30 days for 1*20”GP, and 45 days for 1*40”HQ after deposit received.
If you have specific or urgent delivery time, please inform us to check for you.
Quality matters the most for us. We have full QC system to test goods and control quality before delivery.
If you receive defective goods, we hope you could send us photos and videos for further evaluation. We will replace the product, refund the cost or take actions accordingly (base on both parties’ opinions, 1:1 replacement policy for the defective sanitary ware).
And the corresponding improvements will be taken during our production and working process.
- For sample order or trial order, shipping by air or express: FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
- For bulk production order, shipping by sea. (FCL or LCL is available from us. Pallet or wooden box packaging is recommended for LCL shipment to protect the goods).
